During the Leadership training programmes conducted for senior and middle management, AXA Management Consulting distinguished itself through professionalism, commitment and time performance. In March 2017 AXA Management Consulting was contracted as the leader of a consortium of four organizations to carry out the Feasibility Study on Optimizing the Existing School Network.

In December 2019 AXA Management Consulting was selected to conduct the final evaluation for the project “Building bridges, facing challenges – building bridges between the civil society and communities on two banks of Nistru River”.
By conducting this process, AXA Management Consulting representatives have demonstrated high-level of professionalism, advanced expertise and a strong conceptual and practical knowledge in conducting evaluation processes and advanced understanding of civil societies organizations development area in Republic of Moldova.
This was a very sensitive project in which tact, diplomacy and confidenciality was essential in addition to professionalism and good research skills. The report was very analytical, well written and logically prepared. The results were successfully presented to the "client". The project was executed in time and within the budget.
