AXA Management Consulting, in partnership with the CONTACT Center and ECO-Răzeni Association started the implementation of the Project “Unlocking the potential of young social entrepreneurs in Moldova and Ukraine”, funded by the European Union and implemented by a consortium of 6 organizations from Moldova, Ukraine and Germany. The project aims at contributing to the development of young social entrepreneurs and their businesses through capacity building activities, re-granting schemes and development of an international network of young social entrepreneurs.
2018
A new and unique event was organized by AXA Management Consulting - HR Conference: Focus on People. Bringing together over 70 HR directors and managers from various local businesses and branches of international companies, the event provided access to meaningful presentations of professionals from the UK, Romania, Ukraine and the Republic of Moldova, as well as provided valuable networking opportunities.
2017
Over 15 training programs were conducted for Moldtelecom company representatives. The programs aimed at developing selling, conflict and stress management skills for front-office personnel, but also the leadership and staff management skills for the company's middle managers.
2016
The collaboration with LEAR Corporation continued by conducting the Efficient Manager's Skills training program for several groups of top and middle managers of the company. As usual, the programs were organized dynamically, challengingly and with practical solutions for a wide variety of operational situations.
2015
A number of eight complex training programs were delivered to Draexlmaier Automotive personnel at production facilities in Balti. These programs aimed to develop effective communication and leadership skills.
2014
Another major project - “Creation of Job Opportunities through Business Support for Youth in the Security Zone” - was implemented within the framework of Support to Confidence Building Measures Programme, financed by EU and co-financed and implemented by UNDP Moldova. The project was carried out in partnership with the Tiraspol Chamber of Commerce and Industry and involved the creation and development of 30 businesses on both banks of the Nistru river.
2013
AXA Management Consulting conducted a nation-wide study "Assessment of continuing vocational training needs in the agri-food sector", a project financially supported by the European Training Foundation (ETF). A similar study for the construction sector was subsequently conducted in 2014.
2012
AXA Management Consulting has expanded its services in the Transnistrian region by initiating several complex training programs with representatives of the banking sector. Subsequently, in April 2013, another series of training programmes were organized for IDC, the largest telecom operator in the region.
2011
A series of five training programs were conducted for representatives of Lafarge Ciment Moldova. Those programs aimed at developing negotiation and project management skills of the management staff, as well as at developing the relations with media institutions.
2010
AXA Management Consulting has launched the annual study entitled AXA HR Managers Survey. Being the first study of its kind at the national level, it focuses on the simultaneous research of several areas: labour market, providers of professional HR services, HR policies and practices implemented by Moldovan companies.
2009
For a three months period, a tailored consultancy process was provided to the representatives of the "Association of Producers and Exporters of Table Grapes" in the field of strategic planning, a project funded by CNFA. During this period, the Strategy for the Development of the Association for 2010-2012 was elaborated based on the analysis of the market situation in this field.
2008
The annual study "The best companies to work for" has been launched at national level. The purpose of this study is to provide both top managers from Moldovan companies and those oriented towards a successful career, objective and credible information about the most effective personnel policies, implemented by the best employers in the Republic of Moldova. Since 2008, twelve annual editions of the study have been conducted.
2007
AXA Management Consulting organized the first Forum of Human Resources Managers in Moldova. The event brought together over 50 participants - HR directors and managers from various local and international companies as well as local and international consultants and HR professionals. Until 2011, four editions of the Forum were organized.
2006
AXA Management Consulting has carried out a series of 30 training programmes for Mobiasbanca representatives. The development of customer service, sales, presentation and effective team interaction skills were the main objectives of the programmes organized for front office staff. These were complemented by training programmes aimed at developing managerial and leadership skills for middle and top managers of this dynamically developing bank.
