2020
AXA Management Consulting experts has developed the internal communication processes and procedures for the Ombudsman Office. The consulting process was carried out by analyzing the institutional needs of the Office, identifying the tools to be used within the institution, developing communication procedures and the plan for their implementation.
2019
In partnership with the Educational Center PRO DIDACTICA, AXA Management Consulting developed the curriculum and materials for the professional training program for teaching support staff and psycho-pedagogues working with students with disabilities and special educational needs. This assignment was performed within the Moldova Education Reform Project, financed by the World Bank.
2018
A complex training program "Leadership Skills" was conducted by AXA Management Consulting experts for the heads of departments and services of the State Chancellery. The project was financially supported by GIZ and aimed at developing the leadership and management skills of the Chancellery managerial staff.
2017
A series of six training programs aimed to develop a wide range of personal and professional skills of AGEPI staff was delivered during a period of four months. AXA Management Consulting experts aimed to develop skills in the following areas: efficient presentation, time management and personal development, as well as development of project proposals and project management skills.
2016
Within the framework of the project “Support to the Parliament of the Republic of Moldova to Enhance its Internal and External Communication Capacities”, financed by UNDP Moldova, and in partnership with ECORYS Polska, a series of five training programs were delivered. AXA Management Consulting has developed materials for training programs such as “Effective communication techniques”, “Press releases writing and offering of interviews”, “Use of social media”, “Presentation skills” and delivered them to the members of the Parliament of the Republic of Moldova.
2015
AXA Management Consulting performed 11 strategic planning workshops for 11 District Directorates of Social Assistance. This project was initiated by the "Partnerships for Every Child" NGO as part of a major initiative to develop the capacity of those Directorates to provide high-quality social services.
2014
AXA Management Consulting has implemented a project which aimed to develop HR management capacities in 30 local public administrations in various regions of the Republic of Moldova. The project was performed within the Joint Integrated Local Development Program, implemented with the support of UNDP Moldova.
2009
Implementation of the project “Improving the Human Resource Management in Rezina Town Hall”. The project, developed by Rezina Town Hall and funded by UNDP Moldova, aimed to improve the organizational structure and processes and, as a result, to increase the efficiency of the mayor's office.
