MOST IMPORTANT PROJECTS CARRIED OUT

2020

Within the framework of "Towards health equity through social accountability" Project, implemented by the Swiss Red Cross in partnership with the "CASMED" and "HOMECARE" Associations with the financial support of the Swiss Agency for Development and Cooperation (SDC), AXA Management Consulting representatives have conducted the participatory assessment of the social responsibility of 6 medical institutions from Edineț, Drochia, Balti, Soroca and Floresti districts.

2019

The external evaluation of the Project “Cutting Edge Improvements in the Public Procurement System in Moldova through Inclusiveness, Creativity and Law-Abiding Practices”, funded by the EU through the Strengthening the Role of Civil Society in Monitoring Budget Support Operations, was conducted by AXA Management Consulting. The project was implemented by the Institute for Development and Social Initiatives (IDIS) "Viitorul", its general objective being to enable civil society to assess and monitor public money expenditures through existing public procurement practices, facilitating political dialogue between authorities and civil society organizations.

2018

An extensive process of organizational development was carried out for the Women's Law Center. Updating the internal operating regulation, facilitating the process of elaboration of the organizational development strategy for the next five years, elaboration of the guidelines for developing the relations with the external environment and the functioning policies of the Board of Directors were the main activities carried out as part of this process.

2017

Evaluation of the organizational capacities for 10 NGOs from Romania, Ukraine and the Republic of Moldova was carried out by AXA Management Consulting as part of the DARE program implemented at international level by CARITAS Vienna.

2016

Another commitment at international level was made within the EU-EaP Culture and Creativity Program. This project involved the delivery of three training programs in the field of developing project proposals and budgeting, conducted in Baku (Azerbaijan), Tbilisi (Georgia) and Chisinau (Republic of Moldova) for the beneficiaries of the program from these countries.

2015

AXA Management Consulting experts carried out two evaluation processes of two different projects implemented by the Independent Journalism Center. The end-of-project evaluation processes aimed at identifying the efficiency, effectiveness, relevance as well as the sustainability of those projects.

2014

As in previous years, AXA Management Consulting experts have conducted a series of training programs for beneficiaries of the project implemented by Partnerships for Every Child. These programs focused, in particular, on the development of change management and organizational management skills.

2013

Three studies on the involvement of young people in the labour market, as well as four training programs, were delivered to the beneficiaries of the projects implemented by the Faclia Association.

2012

A new collaboration project with the Agence Universitaire de la Francophonie was carried out by delivering three training programs for the agency's beneficiaries. The programs aimed to develop professional skills, but also the skills needed to successfully pass the employment process.

2011

AXA Management Consulting a implementat două componente: “Dezvoltarea capacităților de instruire a formatorilor din ONG-uri” și “Crearea și dezvoltarea rețelelor ONG-urilor” în cadrul proiectului “Consolidarea capacităților ONG-urilor din Moldova”, implementat de FHI360 și finanțat de Agenţia SUA pentru Dezvoltare Internaţională (USAID).

2010

The Transparency International team benefited from two training programmes aimed at developing successful presentation and conflict management skills.

2005

The implementation of the IMPACT (Introduction of the evaluation methodology for the democratic citizenship initiatives of the Stability Pact) project, also carried out through the involvement of AXA Management Consulting representatives, was an innovative initiative for South East Europe and aimed to develop project management capabilities by introducing and disseminating a comprehensive methodology for participatory project planning and self-assessment.
