2020
Our team conducted the final evaluation of the project "Local civil society contributes to economic and social development of the country", in order to identify its results and impact. This nationwide project was implemented by a multi-organizational partnership led by the Eastern Europe Foundation. It contributed significantly to sustainable economic and social development in Moldova through active involvement of civil society and other socio-economic actors, taking into account the provisions of the EU Association Agreement and DCFTA. The project was funded by the European Union and Sweden.
2019
The consultants of AXA Management Consulting, in collaboration with experts of the Educational Center PRO DIDACTICA, contributed significantly to the performing of the Analysis of Evaluation and Assessment in Educational System of the Republic of Moldova. The analysis was carried out at the request of UNICEF Moldova and resulted in specific policy recommendations for national education authorities.
2018
AXA Management Consulting carried out the evaluation of the project “Partnerships for Quality and Relevance in ICT Vocational Education in Moldova”, implemented in 2015-2018 by the Educational Center PRO DIDACTICA and the Association of Information and Communications Technology Companies (ATIC), funded by the Austrian Development Agency (ADA), USAID and the Government of Romania. The evaluation process involved development of the methodology and the plan of evaluation activities, data collection and analysis and development of the report.
2017
AXA Management Consulting offered consultancy for performing the feasibility study for the Rationalizing the General Schools Network, an assignment carried out within the Moldova Education Reform Project, financed by the World Bank Group. The objective of this consultancy was to provide recommendations to the Ministry of Education, Culture and Research in the decision-making process regarding the organization and subsequent management of the school network, and in the implementation of school standards in the targeted schools. The activity included a data-based analysis of existing school network (including physical facilities, accessibility, current and future community services, and staff assigned to the institution), identification of potential options for optimizing or merging schools and estimating potential savings.

AXA Management Consulting has performed a complex process of evaluation of the continuing training programs for school managers, followed by the development of a continuing training program for managers in educational institutions. This task was carried out within the Moldova Education Reform Project, financed by the World Bank Group.

The internal capacities assessment of the National Confederation of Employers of Moldova (CNPM) and the analysis from the perspective of stakeholders was performed by AXA Management Consulting experts, an assignment requested and funded by the International Labour Organization (ILO).

AXA Management Consulting performed the evaluation process of the Multiannual Program Implemented by CNV Internationaal (Netherlands) in partnership with the National Trade Union Confederation of Moldova.

AXA Management Consulting experts performed the baseline study on “Re-Engineering Vocational Orientation and Career Counselling for Moldovan Labour Force Competitiveness” for the Center for Entrepreneurial Education and Business Support, with financial support from the Austrian Development Agency (ADA).

A new research project - the study “Gaps and Weaknesses in Information Delivery and Communication at School Level” was performed for the World Bank in Moldova.

AXA Management Consulting performed the study "Demand Assessment for Continuous Vocational Training (CVT) in the Agri-Food Sector and Dissemination in the Republic of Moldova", a project financially supported by the European Training Foundation (ETF).
2012
AXA Management Consulting has developed a complex training of trainers’ programme for beneficiaries of NOVATECA Program, funded by USAID and Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation and implemented by IREX Moldova.
2011
At the request of UNICEF Moldova, AXA Management Consulting performed a mapping study of social services in two districts - Leova and Orhei, as well as identified needs and gaps in existing social services in Balti municipality and districts of Leova and Orhei.
2010
AXA Management Consulting conducted the end-of-project evaluation study of the "Education for All Fast Track Initiative " project. The project was carried out by the Ministry of Education and Youth with the assistance of UNICEF and UNESCO and aimed to increase access to high-quality preschool education. The project was funded by the Catalytic Trust Fund grant under the “Education for All - Fast Track Initiative” conducted globally, with grant resources administered by the World Bank.
2006
AXA Management Consulting performed a series of over 20 training programs for the beneficiaries of the Socio-Economic Empowerment of Youth project. Partners in the project implementation process were the Ministry of Education, Youth and Sports, local public authorities, non-governmental youth organizations, World Bank (ISA-JSDF) and UNICEF Moldova. The project was implemented based on resources allocated in the form of a grant, and the planned activities were in accordance with the SCERS (Economic Growth and Poverty Reduction Strategy), the Strategy for Youth and the Action Plan for the Implementation of the Strategy for Youth.
